Meet the BGD Young Voices Cohort of 2025

Berlin Global Dialogue is proud to announce the BGD Young Voices Cohort of 2025—a diverse and dynamic group of international students from the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM). This year's cohort represents the next generation of leaders selected for their bold ideas, diverse perspectives, and commitment to driving change.

With the BGD Young Voices program, we empower tomorrow’s leaders to engage with today’s decision-makers. I look forward to welcoming this year’s Young Voices to ESMT Berlin in October!," says Lars-Hendrik Röller, Founder and Chair of Berlin Global Dialogue.

"I wanted to join the BGD Young Voices program because it brings together current and future leaders who care about shaping a more equitable global economy. I joined BGD to learn from others who are bridging divides across regions, sectors, and ideologies", says Natalia Gutierrez, an MBA student at the University of British Columbia. Over the coming months, the Young Voices will actively engage with the BGD community, bringing new perspectives and innovative ideas to this year's summit.
